Booking and cancelling

You can make a booking by using the “BOOK NOW” button and following the steps.

Even without an account you can book instantly. Any specific wishes or details can be filled out in the process.

Directly after your booking you will receive a confirmation email. You can cancel your booking by sending a reply to this email with the request to cancel. When in doubt, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

You can book or cancel up to 3 hours prior to your journey. We will reimburse 100% of payments done when cancelled till 6 hours prior to the pick-up time. Till 3 hours in advance, 50% of payments done will be reimbursed. Cancellations done within the 3 hour window will not be reimbursed.

Yes you can, by entering the billing address in the separate space in the booking system.

Directly after your booking you will receive a confirmation email with payment details. If so desired we can provide you with a detailed invoice including VAT. Please send us an email requesting a detailed invoice.

We offer iDeal, PayPal and credit card payments, to be made directly with your booking. You can also pay by Debit card, or in cash in the car. Please note that we do not accept € 100, € 200, or € 500 bills for our own safety.

Business clients can opt for our monthly invoice option.

No, this is not a requirement, although having an account offers you some benefits, like discounts after saving enough points.

Signing in & Account

No, this is not a requirement, although having an account offers you some benefits, like discounts after saving enough points.

When you have a personal account, you will no longer have to fill out your personal data with every booking. Also you automatically save points for discounts, and you could apply for monthly billing, and much more.

On your birthday, you will receive a personal gift from us.

This is of course an option. For more information please contact us by phone for terms and conditions.

If you don’t have a personal account, your data will be destroyed automatically after each booking, in compliance with GDPR.

All personal data in your account is secured in our system (in compliance with GDPR) and are only used for our administration, and to let you benefit from promotions, or so we know when to send you a birthday present.
